The Stress Eliminator Program is designed to help you manage your stress levels. To help you understand why stress is vital to gain control of. To learn about stress and what it does to the body and mind. This program is designed to help detox your body and mind while having the possibility to lose weight. NOTE: Please consult with your health physician before starting this program. HOW IT WORKS: There are four phases, Phase 1, Phase 2, Phase 3, and Phase 4. You will do each phase for 3 weeks straight before moving on to the next phase. All four (4) phases are a total of 12 weeks. Follow each step daily to get results. HOW TO EAT? While doing this program, Intermittent Fasting is recommended. You can choose from one of these three options: 1) 8-hour window When you can eat whatever, you like, for 8 hours straight and for the remaining 16 hours you eat no solid food. You only drink water, tea, coffee, a protein shake, and/or a smoothie with fruit and vegetables. 2) 10-hour window When you can eat whatever, you like, for 10 hours straight and for the remaining 14 hours you eat no solid food. You only drink water, tea, coffee, a protein shake, and/or a smoothie with fruit and vegetables. 3) 12-hour window When you can eat whatever, you like, for 12 hours straight and for the remaining 12 hours you eat no solid food. You only drink water, tea, coffee, a protein shake, and/or a smoothie. (No sugar during the fasting period)
